Introductory/New Student Special
- Buy 2 lessons, get the 3rd free.
- This is a one-time offer per person to introduce the rider to horse care, safety protocol, tacking, handling and positioning.
- An evaluation and assessment of each rider will be discussed.
- For riders 15 and under, parents must be present during these first 3 lessons to hear the instruction so they have knowledge of the safety guidelines, learning expectations and goals for the rider.
- Must be booked and used within 30 days.
Toddler Classes – $130 for 3 (base cost; fees apply as explained below)
All other Classes – $190 for 3 (base cost; fees apply as explained below)
Beginner/Novice & Intermediate/Advanced Rider
- (Mounted/Ground combination) Grooming, tacking, safety, lunge line, walk, trot, lite rail work. Intermediate/Advanced only includes cantering and beginning jumping.
- Lessons are approximately 50 minutes and a combination of tacking/grooming & riding. The rider’s physical abilities will determine how much time you ride and what level of skill you can perform. This may vary from day to day.
- Once the new rider Into Lesson Package is completed, packages of 6 or 8 lessons must be purchased each month.
- NOTE: Toddler riders only may purchase packages of 4 or 8 lessons.
- This policy is enforces for rider safety and skills progression.
- Package Price:
- $570 for 6 lessons
- $760 for 8 lessons
- MUST BE PAID IN FULL & BOOKED IN ADVANCE OF 1ST LESSON
- EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:
- $540 for 6 lessons (Savings of $30)
- $680 for 8 lessons (Savings of $80)
- MUST BE PAID IN FULL & BOOKED BY THE 3RD OF THE MONTH
- Private Lessons available for $150/hour. Not available for Toddlers.
- All Packages are PER STUDENT.
Toddler Lessons (Ages 4-5):
- Child/Rider only will be mounted. Parents must attend to lead the pony. Closed toed shoes required by rider and parent.
- Package Price:
- $260 for 4 lessons
- $520 for 8 lessons
- MUST BE PAID & BOOKED IN ADVANCE OF 1ST LESSON
- EARLY BIRD SPECIAL:
- $220 for 4 lessons (Savings of $40)
- $440 for 8 lessons (Savings of $80)

- All Packages are PER STUDENT.
Individual Lesson – $150
- This is a single lesson, not part of the monthly riding school.
- Lesson must be paid and booked in advance.
- Priority is given to students that are enrolled monthly in our riding school.
- Lesson cannot be applied to any package.
- Rider will be with the instructor for 50 minutes of both mounted and unmounted time. Mounted time varied by student needs and experience.
When you are a part of our Riding School each rider is billed $25 per month in addition to their lesson package pricing. This usage fee goes toward maintenance and care of our riding facility, horses & ponies and equipment. Our facility prides itself on always making improvements to provide a safe, modern and enjoyable riding experience.
Cancellation Policy
All lessons/packages have a 48 hour cancellation/change policy to allow us time to fill your space.
Rules
- There is a 2.9% service fee charged on all credit card transactions.
- There is a one-time Registration fee of $25 per person/$50 for a family up to 4.
- There is a $25 Equipment/Facility Fee. We will invoice you for this fee with every lesson package.

- All lessons are prepaid by the month and expire after at the end of the month.
- Due to COVID Restriction All lessons must be scheduled on a monthly basis at the beginning of each each month.
- If a medical ailment or injury prevents you from attending long-term. Â Horizons East will consider the circumstances on an individual basis.
- Lesson packages can be transferred in the allotted time to another family member, otherwise non-refundable.
- Once payment is made, lessons are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Last minute scheduling is not guaranteed.
- Feeding or petting any animal on the premises is PROHIBITED.
- No one may ride without a helmet.
- Proper riding pants, boots and gloves are expected to be worn by each rider after your first month of classes.
